Press Release: YapStone Announces New Chief Financial Officer

YapStone, Inc., through its RentPayment? division, is the Country?s largest payment processor to the property market, focusing primarily on apartments, student housing, homeowner associations, and other property-related markets.

Matthew F. Mancuso has joined Yapstone, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer. His most recent position was as Vice President Finance at Kapow Technologies, Inc. and he has held senior financial positions at both Internet and software companies.

Mr. Mancuso began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and spent almost fifteen years at Morgan Stanley. He came to the Bay Area in 2000 to join Hotwire, an online travel agent, to build their Finance team and develop the processes needed to support a rapidly growing Internet business. Mr. Mancuso joined Hotwire before product launch and left after they were acquired by Expedia. He then spent two years at Kayak, the premier travel search engine, before returning to the Bay Area and joining Kapow Technologies, a maker of software which enables companies to make the web their database.

A graduate of Villanova University Mr. Mancuso also holds a Masters in Business Administration from St. John?s University.
